By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the Jetaz platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using any Jetaz services.

One Account Policy

Only one Jetaz account is permitted per person, household, or device. Creating multiple accounts will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and possible forfeiture of all balances.

Accuracy of Registration Details

All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Accounts created using false information will be terminated. If you need to update your details, please contact the support team.

• Providing your correct name, date of birth, and address is mandatory.
• Your mobile number and email must be active and registered in your own name.
• Identity document details must be provided accurately.

Jetaz follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to comply with all applicable laws. Completing KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount and to access certain privileges.
